Superior Surveys has been recruiting and facilitating Mock Trials since 1985. Our highly trained staff is here to make your job easier. We manage the participants from the recruiting to the signing out. No worries about how "the facility is handling the details".

Spacious focus group rooms allow for varied seating arrangements, podiums for presentations and handy display rails, 3 Focus Suite, all with one-way mirrors for observation. Simultaneous, remote, stationary or operator controlled video, can record both the presentations, break out sessions and deliberations.

Our experienced in-house recruiters strictly adhere to assigned screening requirements, assuring respondents will reflect your available jury pool. We are skilled at recruiting State and Federal cases. Which include:

• St. Louis City and St. Louis County
• St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln and Warren Counties in Missouri

PRE TRIAL RESEARCH IS ALSO VALUABLE FOR

Need some "Upfront" information? We will conduct telephone sessions in your trial venue. These community attitude surveys are especially helpful for:

• Case strength/issues evaluation
• Remote venues or testing for change venue issues
• Pre Mediation/arbitration fact-finding
• Identifying predisposed attitudes, bias and perceptions
• Developing the voir dire
• Our survey sample will be an accurate representation of the local jury pool.*
  Small samples are analyzed frequently to test the message and results. This allows for any necessary modification or "tweaking".
